EL Fogon

El Fogon means “The Fire Hearth”. We specialize in Belizean food cooked the old fashioned way, with firewood in the open. It is our intention to preserve our Belizean culture and give a little taste to our visitors far and wide. It is a joy for us to serve you a great Belizean cuisine. Culture Island & History Tour: 10am-1.30pm

Tour gives a history of both points of the island and cultural presentation.

Also gives appetizers, entrée, and dessert that is served during the cultural presentation.

Elvi’s Kitchen

From the humble beginnings of her Burger Isle take-out stand in 1974, Elvi Staines and her family have turned this delightful place into an International Gold Star Award winning establishment. Mrs. Elvia Staines, known as Doña Elvia, is the proud owner of Elvi’s Kitchen which has become one of the most popular and distinguished restaurants on Ambergris Caye. With their excellent seafood menu, their great service and wonderful ambiance, Elvi’s Kitchen has become a favorite among tourists and locals.

Sept 2: Saturday

Boat Party 10:00 am

Guests board Terres Fin our 42 ft Sailing Catamaran at approximately 9:45 and can organize their belongings for the day.

There are bean bags to use, and pillows to lay out on the water nets, sit around the edges of the nets or ask the Captain if you can “take over the helm” for a bit!

Sunset lounge 9:00 pm

Sunset Lounge is a Rooftop Bar on the 4th Floor of Sancas Plaza in downtown San Pedro, Belize. Sunse

Sept 3: Sunday

Secret Beach Float Party @ Secret Beach Bar & Grill: Time (TBA)

Guest will be shuttled to Secret Beach where they will enjoy large floats and drinks on the beach.

Restaurants and drinks will be in the immediate vicinity. Food & drinks will be included.
